The restaurant features a Theatre Kitchen – watch the chefs showcase their culinary magic à la minute over apple-wood fired grills, brick pizza oven and tandoor oven. The restaurant is very generous to offer such a big piece of charcoal grilled bread even for 2 persons. Haha!

Italian Selection: Tuna Steak
You have to try their tuna steak. They were grilled to perfection! Charred exterior taste with melt in the mouth tuna meat inside! Wow drool~!~!~~
Ligurian Fillet of Sea Bass with
Artichokes, Potato, Taggiasca Olives
The sea bass was tender and in big portion, complemented very well with appetising flavourful broth!
Aromatic Cappucino from Lavazza Coffee!
Overall Impression: One-Ninety has huge selection of quality appetizers and decent dessert selection. I think with just the buffet spread of appetizers and desserts alone, they're enough to fill up your stomach even without taking their main course. I'm impressed with their appetizers as well as their main course. Desserts still need some improvements. Not forgetting they served great coffee here from Lavazza!
The service here was very good. The whole experience at One-Ninety, regardless of weekdays or weekends were equally great. With the Amex card promotion, I'll definitely come back again and again! :)
